It has a stylish concept that makes your dining experience more memorable. It showcases a unique flair where they offer Latin American and Mediterranean cuisine in a more casual and affectionate ambiance.
At the launch, an enticing beat of drums welcome us and readying those dancing shoes and prance the night away as we enter the Waterside Restobar.
We are entertained by the astonishing dancers who gracefully dance while the food are being served to us.
We have Tapas; Sardanillas, Banderillas, Chorizo, Boquorones and Jabugo. Then Paella Valenciana was served together with the Surf and Turf from the grill that comes with Beef Brisket, Crack Back Chicken, Jumbo Prawn and Inihaw na Liempo. I love the jumbo prawn, crack back chicken and of course the paella valenciana, the container was so cute!
We even tried their different sauces such as Chimichuri, Bordelaise, Red Pepper Spackle.
For desserts we have tried the Chocolate Tart with Raspberry Jelly and the Pineapple Ravioli with chili and sorbet.
Their interiors induce an affluent set of colors. From earthy browns to black, nutty tones with a pinch of warm orange and copper hues complements the neutral shades and provide the space with harmony.
Waterside Restobar offers a unique experience for the diner to relax and celebrate the rich cuisine and culture of the Mediterranean in a rustic elegant background. Waterside Restobar brings their guest not only an ultimate culinary experience, but to also experience the panoramic view of the famous Manila Bay sunset.
